I have been working in customer service for over 20 years and my area of passion is helping others. When I heard about this field of customer service I immediately wanted to be part of finding and helping people get what is owed to them. I live in Fort Wayne, Indiana and I prioritize our community and Allen County Residents.

Overages occur when someone overpays during a foreclosure. The money from the sale of the property is used to pay the judgement amount and legal fees but the Plaintiff can only bid to cover what is owed so the remaining money belongs to the defendant or their heirs if they are no longer living. I help to find where the money is held and file the necessary paperwork.

After an auction, the funds get paid out for any debt, and the remaining funds belong to the owner of the property. Some counties, give the owner a time frame to claim funds and if you exceed that time frame, the money can be claimed by the government. We need to move quickly if it has been years or months since the auction because we may be getting close.
